Variante Wonder Woman artdeco

Wonder Woman
Ejercicio remake remodel de Wonder Woman 1
So here's the deal:
You are an artist/designer.
You have to put together the cover for the first issue of something called WONDER WOMAN #1.
You have been told that Wonder Woman is an Amazon, that she wears steel bracelets and an eagle icon. You know nothing else about the character.
And that's it.
It's up to you what kind of company you're at. Your interpretation of the vague guideline. What kind of comics you make. What era you're in. Who you are, even. Go nuts with it.
You have one week. Go.

The Missing Man
So here's the deal:
You are a very busy artist/designer. You work a lot, you take a lot of drugs, and you have some mental problems that you really dont like discussing with people and you're still a bit ashamed about that time you stabbed that tramp who yelled "Your brain looks like a television that's been fucked by a rhino" outside the coffee shop.
You do covers for books, comics, and CDs, and you get confused easily.
You've been told you have to produce, in one week, a cover for something called THE MISSING MAN by Steve Ditko.
You can't remember what the cover's for. So you decide it's a CD.
(You do a lot of work for ambient music labels. You have no clue what THE MISSING MAN is. Steve Ditko sounds like someone who does ambient stuff.)
So your image is going to be CD-sleeve sized, or else it'll be rejected. And it's going to have the title THE MISSING MAN and the credit STEVE DITKO.
And how you execute it, what style it's in, everything, is up to you, except of course that it should somehow reflect the title (or perhaps the music you imagine it is), or else it'll be rejected.
You have one week. Go.

Tiger Hart
Well, the last one just proved too hard or too uninteresting for most of you. So let's go back to an old-style R/R, with this Fletcher Hanks horror from 1940:
Tiger Hart of Crossbone Castle is a dual sword-wielding pseudo-medieval warrior who battles against lawbreakers on the planet Saturn. In his one known exploit he fought to recover Queen Hilda and the Solinoor Diamond from Turk-the-Terrible and his Talon Man. He shattered the diamond with his sword so that no one would ever kill for it again. Tiger Hart is fairly brutal. He tortures two of Turk-The-Terrible's men by hanging them up over a pit of tigers and threatening to cut them loose.
No picture. Don't want to spoil it for you.
---
Your task, as ever, is to re-invent that into something a 21st Century audience could enjoy.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with, but bear in mind this is an ART thread. No pen-portraits. This is ART ONLY. Posting just a bunch of text, or a scribble and a vast number of words, will get the thread closed and your account banned.
You have one week. Go.

Version libre Amazing Fantasy n 15 / Spiderman
"So here's the deal:
You are an artist/designer. You have to put together the cover for issue 15 of a comic called AMAZING ADULT FANTASY.
Now, the publisher has decreed that, with #15, the title will become simply AMAZING FANTASY. But, I dunno, you're a drunk, or a drug fiend, or you have seizures or something, and you've totally forgotten about that. AMAZING ADULT FANTASY it is.
Thing is, there's a new character to be introduced on the cover. You remember that instruction. But you lost all the notes and pages -- you used them for bedding or toilet paper, you don't really recall. You know nothing about that character beyond its name, and that it apparently fits in a book called AMAZING ADULT FANTASY (which was once subtitled "The magazine that respects your intelligence").
All you know that is the title is AMAZING ADULT FANTASY, the issue number is 15, and there has to be a character called SPIDER-MAN on the cover somewhere.
And that's it.
It's up to you what kind of company you're at. What kind of comics you make. What era you're in. Who you are, even. Go nuts with it.
